This trick should work for all previous versions of Microsoft Windows. Close Regedit.exe and restart Windows 10.Modify it according to the new path to the profile you have renamed. Select the option Manage another Account. Right click on Start button and select Control Panel. Select the Previous version of Windows check box, and then select Remove files. Under your hard drive information, select Temporary files. Look at the value data for the ProfileImagePath parameter on the right. I Would suggest you to check how many accounts are showing in the user account list.
